Shipping Policy
At theallergyguy.com we will make every effort to ship your products within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Our order and handling charge is cost recovery only. Surcharges may apply for large or oversize items and/or if you live in an remote areas
of United States like Hawaii and certain or remote locations - serviced by an air stage point.
Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise arranged/

Shipping Rates
If you are ordering from outside of Continental North America, you will be contacted by email with your shipping total. You must then accept or decline the charge and we will proceed with the order or cancel it.

Shipping Procedures
In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail within 2 business days. For orders that involve multiple items or from different manufactures shipping can be delivered in separate deliveries, if for some reason we become out of stock on certain items on your order we will advise you within 2 business days and special order the item for you. In this case we will advise you. Please contact

Please Note
Standard Delivery is 5 to 10 business days depending on the location.
Any state or federal sales taxes payable for imported products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Taxes
Please be aware that in addition to shipping costs that apply to orders over $125, all state taxes and provincial will be the responsibility of the customer.
Rush Delivery
We can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. Please contact us by email at info@theallergyguy.com if you would like to use a courier service and the appropriate shipping charges will be added to your total. For items that we have in stock, your rush order should be received within 2-3 business days. There are some exceptions to Rush Delivery, please email
customer service for more information. Please be aware that we will always search for the most economical way to ship your package.
Delivery Surcharges
If your items have a delivery surcharge; we will contact you by email to notify you of this charge prior to confirming and processing your order.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
WE can only ship to PO Box numbers through USPS
Tracking Your Package
Once your shipment has been confirmed, a tracking number and the appropriate link will be sent to your email address.
Scheduled Deliveries
At The Allergy Guy we will make every effort to maintain a scheduled arrival time for your package(s), we will contact you by e-mail or by phone should any problems arise with the scheduled shipping time and delivery. If we are not able to fulfill your service selection you will be given the option to cancel your order or accept the new shipping terms.
